The TONA Research Committee has been active for the past 23 years, researching the original 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. What today appears to be the 13th Amendment is not the original Amendment. The original Amendment states the penalty for accepting titles from foreign powers is loss of citizenship and the right to hold office in the U.S.
