Agenda 21 is already effective in numerous countries, including the United States. As we listen to Dr. Stanley Monteith’s interview of Rosa Koire, it is easy to determine that the people implementing Agenda 21 are the dark cabal. On June 24, 2012, Drake—a military whistleblower recruited by the Pentagon to alert the people regarding the forthcoming mass arrests of the cabal—learned that a vote is to be taken in Hague, Netherlands that will use Agenda 21 to strike down all national sovereignty and to institute one world government.
